How to delete a member

Go to admin panel and click on "members". In the page there will be a list of all members of your forum. Here you can click on delete member of the desired member.

How to ban a member

Banning a member can be done two ways.

1. To ban a member find a post or reply they made and to the right of the post there will be a "more actions" button. When you click on "more actions" you can click on "ban" to ban the member.

2. In the admin panel under "members" you can click "ban" and ban the member that way. To un-ban the member, directly above the list of members, there will be a banned list. To the right you can click on "un-ban"

How to promote a member

Promoting a member to admin or moderator can be done the same way as banning. It can be done two ways.

1. To promote a member find a post or reply they made and to the right of the post there will be a "more actions" button. When you click on "more actions" you can click on "promote to moderator" to make them moderator. To set them at admin level, refresh your page and do the same action.

2. In the admin panel under "members" you can click "promote to moderator". To make a member admin, after you promote to moderator a "promote to admin" button will appear. Demoting a member will be located above the list of members.

How to cancel a pro subscription

All monthly subscription payments are handled through paypal. Listed below are the steps. 1. Log in to your PayPal account.

1. Click Profile near the top of the page.

2. Click My money.

3. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.

4. Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing, or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
